When Shiva, a boastful and intoxicated police officer, arrives in the mysterious town of Rakkasapura, a string of bizarre manhunts erupts. The local villagers, steeped in superstition, label him as a demon in uniform. As fear spreads and hidden secrets come to light, the pursuit becomes deeply personal, blurring the boundaries between hunter and villain. In Rakkasapura, faith often eclipses truth, and with each step Shiva takes, he edges closer to his own ruin.
