The Tundra Within Me

After spending several years in Oslo, Lena returns to Sápmi in northern Norway with her young son to delve into Sami gender identity through an art project. While conducting her research amidst the snowy tundra, she falls for Máhtte, a reindeer herder whose mother, the family matriarch, disapproves of their relationship. Haunted by past choices, Lena grapples with whether their differing ways of life can truly coexist.
