House of David

The story chronicles the rise of David, the biblical hero who ultimately becomes Israel's most renowned king. The narrative also traces the decline of King Saul, whose downfall is brought about by his own arrogance. Guided by God's will, the prophet Samuel anoints a humble and unexpected teenage outcast to take the throne as the new ruler.
