In a dystopian future where toxicity pervades the environment, an exclusive residential complex promising pristine living conditions for the wealthy is constructed atop the grounds of Sanctum, a defunct asylum. However, the new inhabitants quickly begin to experience the same psychological disorders that haunted the asylum's original patients.
