Arjun, a dedicated and resilient police officer, teams up with his close friend Andrew to hunt down a sinister and sadistic serial killer known as Bhramma, also infamous as The Smiley Man. Their relentless pursuit culminates in their successful capture of Bhramma, but not without a heavy toll—Andrew loses his life in the process. Devastated by the loss and the emotional scars of the case, Arjun decides to leave the police force. Just when he begins to heal, a nightmare reemerges as Bhramma manages to escape from custody, reigniting his gruesome killing spree and plunging the city back into terror.
