In 1995, just a year prior to the enforcement of a nationwide gun control law, Mangya Town was plunged into chaos. The notorious leader of a criminal gang, who had concealed a vast treasure, escaped from prison and quickly rallied a formidable force. Forty-three ruthless outlaws mobilized from surrounding regions, uniting under Beishan’s command to lay siege to Mangya by force. The peaceful town found itself in a state of crisis—stranded without fuel or communication channels. The bandits’ motives were clear: they sought money and posed a deadly threat to the townspeople’s lives. Gunfire erupted throughout Mangya as a massive sandstorm approached on the horizon. Confronted with overwhelming odds—one officer against eighty-eight outlaws—the gang’s internal tensions flared as they turned against each other in a savage struggle for dominance. Surrounded by enemies, with the sandstorm obscuring the sky and death looming close, the question remained: how could they possibly turn the tide in this dire situation?
